Features:
- It acts as an excellent dissenter for cotton, linters, soils and inorganic matter. It removes dirt very effectively during Scoring.
- Non foaming and avoids salt depositions on substrates and machines.
- High powered deactivators for heavy metals apart from ca++.Mg++and other impurities.
- It avoids scaling up on machines and remain effective over a wide range of tem (up to 140c )and pH
- It does not chelate metal ions of dyes.
- Ii prevents catalytic damages by heavy metal ions in bleach & mercerizing liquor.
- It is very useful even in very hard water for good uniform enhance colour yield & whiteness up to 10% – 20%.
- It improve the brightness of the dyed fabrics.
- It resist any colour migration in dye bath.
- It improves overall fastness properties of dyed substrate when used in dyeing & washing off stage
Dosages:
- 0.3 to 1.0% on W.O.F
Applications:
SQCN can be used in about 0.3 – 1.0% Dosage for Scouring and Bleaching preparatory process and in all conventional systems like Kiers, Pad batch etc. It gives super dispersion for cotton lint, soil, Calcium and Magnesim Salts, Iron Silicate deposits on machines and fabrics giving much better softer fabric and more abnsorbnent cloth.
For use in Dyeing Bath:
SQCN have Sequestering properties with Calcium and Magnesium Salt, Iron arresting properties and has no demetalizing effect on any metal containing dyestuff . It prevents the ssalting out effect on the anionic dyestuff giving better and also uniform colour yield specially in yarn package dyeing. It also improves the brightness and rubbing fastness of the colour. Recommended quantity -0.3% – 1% SQCN to be added before addition of dyestuff.
For use in Vat Dyein:
0.3% – 1% SQCN inhibits the information of insoluble dimmers between leuco form of Vat Dyes and Calcium ion presents in the process liquor on the Textile Fabrics and thereby improving the dyeability and colour yield.
For use in Sulpher Dyeing:
0.5 – 1% SQCN in the dye bath prevents forming immature leuco formation thereby, prevents uneven and sticky dyeing.
