MAC DYE LEVEL DLP

It is a specially formulated levelling cum Penetrating agent designed for the exhaust dyeing of cotton, viscose, and other cellulosic fibres (and their blends) with reactive dyes. It promotes uniform dye uptake and migration during the dyeing cycle, minimizing shade variation, streakiness, and tailing/end-to-end differences on woven, knitted, and yarn substrates.The product functions through controlled, temporary dye-fibre affinity retardation combined with dye aggregate dispersion, allowing dye molecules to migrate freely across the substrate before fixation, resulting in level, reproducible shades even under adverse conditions such as long liquor ratios, hard water, or fabric with uneven pre-treatment.

• Stable in the presence of electrolytes (salt/Glauber’s salt) used in reactive dyeing
• Good foam control – low to non-foaming under jet and jigger dyeing conditions
• Biodegradable and formulated to meet current ecological/effluent norms
• Does not adversely affect fastness properties (wash, rubbing, light) of the dyed substrate
